Finally Construction Begins!

After more than a year and a half of planning, we have finally started construction of our new house! The old house is gone and reduced to a pile of rubble. The work crew built a shelter for themselves made out of metal from the old house. You can see it behind the pile of rubble in the second photo. The crew will live here most of the time and work from sun up to sun down, stopping occasionally for rain showers. I am so happy to finally see our dream begin to become reality.
