The other day when I was walking down the river and climbing around some rocks I found these animal tracks. They were located in a sheltered area underneath a huge rock. I didn't stick my head in very far, but I don't think a den opening was inside. From how the tracks are arranged I think he went there to seek shelter and maybe eat something. According to my Costa Rica animal track guide, I believe these are from a raccoon.
