This photo shows the church that was severely damaged and taken out of commission from the 1990 earthquake. The building is completely fenced off and turning into a relic that reminds me of something from early Angkor Wat. Plants and trees now grow from the cracks in the buildings and flocks of birds call it home. The Municipality building is across the street. The mayor's office is here and it's the place to go to pay property taxes among other things.
This was taken on the sidewalk in front of the Muni building. It was shot early in the day and most business weren't open yet. I liked the view and pink flowering tree.
