Not too long ago this gas station was failing inspections. The quality of the gas was not what the customer was expecting. I imagine as a result of the failures they decided to give the entire station a redo. It was closed for several weeks while new tanks and pumps were installed. I'm not sure if the work on the adjacent steep hillside was ordered by the inspectors also. I wonder about that because someone chose to plant several rows of vetiver, to help stabilize the hillside, along with some sod. We are in the middle of summer and this is not the time to plant anything. May is a much better month. I will be watching to see if these plants turn green in a few months when the rain return.
