Garden Produce Photos

After many years one of the coconut palms made some coconuts. They were very small but still had a wonderful flavor.

This is an air potato. It's a vine in the sweet potato family that makes these potato like vegetables. I read they are slightly toxic and must be well boiled before eating. I consider them survival food.

I really like chayote. It's fairly easy to grow and a wonderful addition to most dishes.

I just liked how this young squash looked growing among a cranberry hibiscus plant.
