I really like this shot, but it may take a little describing for others to appreciate it. The branches from a giant old Caña Fístula are in the foreground. The tree is blooming and also has many long slender seed pods hanging from the branches as well as orchids and bromeliads on the right. This tree lives down below our house and on top of a cliff that goes down to the river. The background is the rock face of the mountain we look at every day from the house. The trees that can be seen in the lower portion in the background are actually large trees growing out of the rock face mountain on the other side of the river.
