The contrasting old and new cars. Note the water tube on top of the new car. I began noticing these a few years ago. When I first asked what they were for, people would giggle and say they were full of guaro. The internet tells me they are for washing mud off vehicles or even for a quick shower. I'm curious to know if these are as popular in other parts of the world as they are here.
