I have been wanting to photograph an unusual type of cactus that grows here. It is an epiphyte and grows on rocks and trees. I was walking one of the trails through the property and saw the largest growth of this cactus anywhere on the property. It had taken up residence high up in a tree and looked extremely healthy. The plant book tells me these are nocturnal bloomers with fragrant blossoms.
