The other morning I noticed this moth laid eggs on a towel in the bathroom. She laid the eggs and then later that day died there. I'm not sure what was happening with the site selection because the towel is made of synthetic fibers. I thought moths favored natural fibers. I have never seen eggs that are so flat. I wonder if an emergency egg laying session occurred.
