Dry Season River Journey - Rio Viejo

Rio Viejo, Puriscal
Last week I walked upriver to the waterfall. This is the driest time of the year, the river is lower and the waterfall is just a trickle. The lush greens have turned dull and many of the springs that dripped down the rock faces have dried up. For the next few days I will share more photos I took when the gorge and river was first passable back in November after the rainy season ended.
