Unusual Butterflies
I've saved a few butterfly photos, butterflies in non-photogenic places. Regardless of their location they were unusual and worthy of being documented. These two yellow beauties spent a while mating in the grass.
It's rare to see these green and black striped butterflies. I wish it would have posed for me on a pretty flower...
The royal blue color on this one was stunning. This one liked hanging out on the patio. Even after all the years we have been here (16 years now!) I continue to see new and unusual things in nature.
