During the last rainy season I took a deep dive into observing the small things around me. One thing I saw for the first time was the emergence of a bagworm. I have seen many large ones before, but never one that is just starting out. The bagworm in the first photo is about one quarter inch long, the second about an inch and the last one is about three inches long.
