Yesterday we moved the kitchen into our new house. Here's a picture of it. The plastic protective coating is still on the stove hood. I'll remove it once the workers are gone. The cabinets and drawers we bought are fantastic. I have never used a kitchen that had more drawers than shelves and I have to say, hands down, drawers are the way to go. This morning's breakfast was the first meal in the new house. The overall experience of having more windows, light and air made the food seem better. One construction guy is here now finishing the small list of things to complete. Maybe, if all goes well, we'll be able to sleep in our new house tonight.
