This man has a large bag of rice in his right hand and empty bottles in the other. I think the bottles may have been used to store used frying oil. The oil was dropped off, a new bag of rice purchased and back to the restaurant he goes. In the background is a Chinese restaurant (no, I haven't eaten there) and the pet and feed store.
