Yesterday I shared a photo of a truck outside the feed store. That store also sells pets and aquarium fish. They usually have a few small rodents, a puppy or two, some chicks as well as full grown chickens, roosters, sometimes a turkey or pheasant or guinea hens. They also occasionally have a pot-bellied pigs and hedgehogs. Several months ago a cage full of small iguanas showed up. I couldn't believe my eyes to see they were being sold for about $32.00 each! This is the same type of iguana that is all over our property, including in my garden occasionally eating plants I planned to eat.
