 Garden Insect Swarm
I began working in the garden in the early hours of the day when I noticed a large number of insects swarming a squash plant. I watched for a few moments and saw the numbers increase. I had no choice but to retreat and get the camera. These insects are harmless to humans. However, they tend to be pests in the garden because they like to eat blossoms and the tender parts of plants. The next morning they were still active. By the third day, they had moved on to other areas. The second photo shows the swarm, you might need to click on the photo to increase the size and see the detail.
