A spider made a web inside a metal strainer that was on the kitchen counter overnight. This is the first time I have seen one of these up close. The protruding dome on one side of its body and spines on the other were beyond interesting.
It appears perfectly created to keep the predators away with some additional spines on the end of its body. There were many intricately designed details on this spider that was only about an inch long. Photos were taken and it was released outside.
